Guide patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing concerns. Build meaningful relationships, dedicating time to understand patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate patient victories throughout recovery. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program. Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Supervisor or management experience preferred.
