Project Engineer InternInternship Dates: 5/24/22-8/6/27As a Project Engineer Intern at SteelFab, you'll work closely with our Preconstruction and Project Management teams. You'll take on responsibilities that will enhance your skills and prepare you for a successful career in the steel construction industry.Key Responsibilities:PreconstructionGather subcontractor pricing for new project estimates.Review and analyze subcontractor bids to ensure alignment with project specifications.Perform detailed material and labor take-offs.Prepare pricing recaps for senior leadership.Visit job sites to see job progress and build relationships with clients and vendorsFabrication Shop Experience: Gain hands-on experience with the fabrication flow and production processes to deepen your understanding of the steel construction lifecycle.Project ManagementProject Management duties will be based on project schedules.
