By aligning internal teams with external stakeholders, they support project execution and optimize utility services. The team emphasizes effective communication, financial and energy analysis, and operational management to maintain seamless facility operations. Their work includes managing utility costs, regulatory support, and fostering collaboration to enhance service delivery and support Walmart’s operational goals.What you'll do...Manage utility partnerships across electric, gas, water, sewer, and propane vendors in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.Assess utility rate reviews and regulations to support cost management and regulatory proceedings.Track and monetize approved and proposed utility rate increases to aid cost forecasting and regulatory efforts.Execute utility product approvals and manage interval data acquisition for platform development.Develop and maintain relationships with utility leaders and trade organizations to support operational and sustainability goals.Oversee procurement of utility incentives for energy efficiency and electric vehicle charging deployments.Lead and mentor associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a high-performing team environment.What you'll bring:Proven experience managing utility partnerships and vendor relationships across multiple regions.Strong knowledge of energy consumption, energy management, and utility rate structures.Expertise in regulatory proceedings, rate reviews, and cost forecasting.Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with utility leaders and trade organizations.Proficiency in project and portfolio management with a focus on energy efficiency initiatives.Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.Commitment to integrity, ethics, and supporting organizational values.
