Operations Manager

The operations manager at our luxury hotel supports smooth, efficient day-to-day operations, working closely with department heads and senior management to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role serves as a key liaison between departments and assists in managing staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Will be in charge of leading, teaching, and training both the front office and housekeeping teams. Dive Into Action Here, you don't just manage; you take action. You'll support the Front Office, Concierge, and Reservations operations. But that's not all. You'll also be a comforting presence in the lobby, assisting our guest services agents and guests and providing solutions to guest requests. Master the Art of Balance As an operations manager, you effectively balance responsibilities, are adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines, and maintain a professional, responsible, and mature demeanor. Required Skills and Qualifications Must have 1-2 years of leadership experience in a hotel (front office or housekeeping preferred). You must communicate effectively with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Proficiency in MS Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems is necessary. A high school or equivalent education is required, and an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related area is a plus. A minimum of three years of hospitality experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience, is required.
