Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with sales and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Assist with sales efforts by following up on leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase business - Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services and generate new leads - Keep track of inventory and order office supplies as needed - Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Sales experience is a plus - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Fun and friendly work environment If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
