Internal Medicine Physician

St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Fullerton, California.

The clinic prides itself on a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care, supported by a seasoned group of primary care physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, many of whom have demonstrated long-term dedication to our practice. Seeking a candidate who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality care within the well-established framework. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing medical procedures and capable of serving a wide range of patients, from infants to geriatrics.

Position Details:

• Full-time position
  
• Monday to Friday schedule, 4.5-day work week
  
• On-site Radiology
  
• Access to a comprehensive network of specialists
  
• Collaborative team with experienced Physicians
  
• Support from Advanced APPs and RNs
  
• Team-Based Care: Work alongside a stable team of experienced Family Medicine Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Pharmacists and Behavioral Health Specialists dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $250,000 and $367,909 per year
  
• Guaranteed salary for 2 years
  
• Quality and performance bonus

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
