Payroll Tax Specialist

OnPay Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Tax Resolution Analyst (Payroll Adjustments) to analyze, reconcile, and correct complex payroll tax discrepancies across jurisdictions. You will process payroll adjustments such as W-2c and 941-X, and implement root-cause corrections to ensure compliant client payrolls. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in payroll tax auditing or resolution, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPP or FPC preferred, and strong communication to coordinate with internal teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
