Radiology Physician Requirements

• Board certification in Radiology required
• Active West Virginia medical license required
• DEA registration required
• Self-query NPDB report required at time of offer, dated within 30 days
• Minimum 1 year of radiology experience required
• Experience reading a broad range of imaging studies preferred
• Ability to interpret CT perfusion, MR abdomen, general radiology, and some MSK studies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide remote radiology coverage during weekend evening shifts
• Interpret imaging across multiple modalities, including XR, CT, MR, US, and nuclear medicine
• Review a high-volume case mix with an estimated 90-100 studies per 8-hour shift
• Deliver accurate, efficient diagnostic reads with strong turnaround times
• Support emergency, musculoskeletal, and neuro-focused imaging needs as assigned
• Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and quality standards in a fast-paced locum tenens environment
