Title
Cath Lab Tech

Schedule
- Call: Required (up to 4 days/week; varies by need)
- Weekend: Initial posting states NO, but contract may include up to 2 weekends per 6-week schedule
- Holiday Requirement: May be required to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

Assignment Details
- Daily Caseload: 8-12 procedures
- Orientation: 30 hours

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience
- Required Certifications: ARRT (preferred), Fluoro Permit, BLS, ACLS
- Preferred: Community hospital experience; Epic charting exposure preferred
- Valid state licensure in hand preferred; pending Fluoro permits may be considered if application submitted at time of submission

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform catheterization procedures including coronary and peripheral diagnostic interventions
- Monitor and assess hemodynamic status during procedures
- Assist with permanent pacemaker insertions and device management
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety standards in the catheterization lab
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care

Compliance / Notes
- Pre-approved time off: 1
- Guaranteed hours note: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Submission requirements: SSN, DOB, RTO approval at submission
- Local rule: 50-mile local radius may apply; can only submit to 1 location within the region
- Modules: Pre-start modules average ~16 hours (non-billable); >20 hours requires PM approval
- Copy of certifications required; completion of references during compliance
