Nate Atkins State Farm is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our established Gilbert team. This role is ideal for someone who can balance exceptional customer service with a sales mindset. You’ll work closely with both new and existing customers, helping them understand their insurance needs, reviewing their current coverage, and recommending solutions that provide value.

Our goal is not simply to sell a policy. We want to build long-term customer relationships by providing knowledgeable guidance, exceptional hospitality, and a great overall experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct insurance and account reviews to identify coverage needs and opportunities.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and help them make informed decisions.
• Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with warm leads, existing customers, and prospective customers.
• Participate in outbound sales activities and confidently initiate conversations with new prospects.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through additional products and services.
• Help resolve more complex customer questions and account concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity.
• Collaborate with the agency team to meet individual and office production goals.
• Provide a professional, welcoming customer experience from the first conversation through ongoing account management.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous insurance sales, account management, financial services, or relationship-based sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing products, making recommendations, and asking for the sale.
• Ability to work both warm and cold leads.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Confidence handling customer concerns and finding solutions.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Team-oriented with the ability to take ownership of customer relationships.
• Arizona insurance licensing preferred or willingness to obtain required licenses.
