Program Scheduler (Planner / Scheduler)We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Scheduler (Planner / Scheduler) to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects and programs. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, tracking project performance, supporting program teams, and providing schedule analysis to ensure successful program execution.The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, scheduling expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and update detailed project and program schedules using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.Coordinate with program managers, engineering teams, operations, and stakeholders to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor schedule performance and identify critical path activities, risks, and potential delays.Prepare schedule status reports, metrics, and executive-level presentations.Analyze project data and recommend corrective actions to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.Support project planning, resource forecasting, and workload management activities.Facilitate schedule reviews and planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure schedule integrity and compliance with organizational processes and reporting requirements.Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project planning and scheduling processes.Perform additional duties as assigned.
