Fraud Operations Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Fraud Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our e-commerce operations. This fully remote position involves daily fraud screening, managing fulfillment and shipping issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily fraud screening on orders and flag for verification.
- Manage e-commerce, fraud, payment gateway, and 3PL systems.
- Handle fulfillment and shipping issues in collaboration with vendors.
- Triage new projects and escalate issues to the development team.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and tracking updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of operations experience in e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes.
- Experience with e-commerce tools like Magento and Kount is a plus.
