The OpportunityWe're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being close to the business. In this role, you'll partner with managers and employees across assigned teams to support everything from coaching and employee experience to organizational planning and talent development.You'll work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and collaborate across the HR team to help scale thoughtful HR practices that support both business goals and employee growth.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on partnership with broader people initiatives — and who wants to continue growing as a strategic HRBP in a high-growth, evolving company.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with managers and employees across assigned business functionsCoach leaders on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, feedback, and navigating challenging conversationsSupport employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and discretionPartner with HR leadership and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, and team healthHelp drive key people processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and development planningUse employee feedback, engagement data, exit interviews, and business insights to identify trends and recommend practical improvementsSupport managers through organizational changes, team growth, and workforce planning discussionsCollaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, HR operations, leadership, and other HR partners to deliver a consistent and positive employee experienceHelp improve and simplify HR tools, resources, and processes to make support more scalable and manager-friendlyContribute to building an inclusive, high-performing culture where employees feel supported, challenged, and empowered to growRequirements4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, People Partner or similar roleExperience supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core people programsStrong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organizationSound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations thoughtfully and professionallyComfortable using employee feedback, people data, and business context to identify trends and recommend improvementsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and helping teams thriveExperience in technology, media, advertising, or other high-growth environments preferredBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experienceLG Ad Solutions provides equal work opportunities to all team members and applicants, and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, caste, religion, age, sex, including pregnancy, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by our policies or federal, state, or local laws.We want to ensure that our hiring process is accessible. All other U.S. locations are aligned to Tier 2 compensation bands. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
