Requirements

• Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
• Experience in laboratory testing procedures
• Knowledge of quality assurance and proficiency testing
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform tests requiring limited skill and responsibility
• Maintain accuracy in patient and quality assurance testing
• Analyze and interpret lab data using clinical knowledge
• Practices organizational skills for efficient resource management
• Communicate lab data clearly to team members
• Perform other duties as assigned
