The Opportunity As Co-Medical Director, You'll Have The Opportunity To Provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active caseload Mentor and support fellow veterinarians and support staff Collaborate on medical protocols, patient care standards, and hospital initiatives Promote a culture of teamwork, learning, and accountability Help drive hospital growth while preserving the compassionate care our clients value Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on veterinary medicine Schedule 4 day schedule No weekends No on-call responsibilities No after-hours emergencies Why Rowland Veterinary Services?
