Speech Language Pathologist - Full-Time - Bilingual

We're currently seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (annual salary range $88,000-$110,000) in the Dallas & Mesquite area.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or other applicable areaLicensed Speech Language Therapist-CCC by the Texas State Board of Examiners of SpeechLanguage Pathology and AudiologyDriver's License and liability insuranceExperience working with infants and/or familiesBilingual in SpanishHours of Responsibility: Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The ECI SpeechLanguage Pathologist would be expected to be available to provide services and attend requiredmeetings/trainings during these operational hours.Key Responsibilities:Provides developmental therapies and service coordination to eligible babies from birth up to the age of 3 who have significant developmental delays or disabilities.Services are provided in the natural environment (e.g., home, daycare, community-settings, telehealth) and are delivered through Coaching with primary caregivers versus one-to-one treatment with the baby and therapist.The ECI Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment, education and coaching through treatment, and participates in plan development to support to ECI children and families.Benefits:Benefits to share: $2k professional development reimbursement benefits, comprehensive medical/dental/vision with company sponsored annual deductibles being deposited into an HSA account, retirement matching up to 6% annual, annual merit raises based on performance up to 5% a year, performance bonus opportunities at individual, team, and agency levels each year (e.g. in 2025 all employees earned an Agency bonus of 7.5% of their annual salary).Ready to Make a Difference?If you're passionate about supporting young students and meet the qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
