Psychological Consultant

Missouri Disability Determinations Services (DDS) determines medical eligibility for Missourians filling for Social Security Disability Benefits. Missouri DDS is currently seeking to contract Psychological Consultants across the state. Positions are available in any of the 5 offices in Missouri, with the option to work at the office location closest to your residence. Office Locations – Jefferson City, St Louis, Kansas City, Cape Girardeau and Springfield Schedule –minimum of 16 hours per week required; up to 40 hours per week Review relevant medical information in its entirety for the purpose of evaluating disabling conditions, review/complete electronic assessment forms, and provide advisory opinions to the professional staff of DDS to determine medical eligibility for Social Security Disability. Must be proficient with computer operations (e.g. logging on/off computer, keyboarding, typing, use of mouse, etc.). Must be a Licensed Psychiatrist (M.D.) or Licensed Psychologist (PSYD) in the state of Missouri Contracted position with annual renewable contract. Flexible schedule and extended hours with ability to work from home (after completion of in-office training). No practice liability coverage necessary.
