Working in close partnership with Product Management and Business Development, this individual will design and stand up the operating model required to successfully launch and scale new solutions.This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of commercial, logistics, customer experience, and operations, ideal for someone who thrives in building from zero to one.**What You’ll Do**### **Commercialization & Operating Model Design*** Translate go-to-market strategies into end-to-end operational models that enable product commercialization* Define how orders are placed, fulfilled, delivered, and supported across the customer and patient journey* Establish pilot structures, including scope, workflows, success metrics, and operating assumptions### **Pilot Execution & Market Entry*** Lead the execution of pilot programs and early market launches, including U.S. re-entry for key products* Rapidly stand up processes and capabilities required to begin commercial activity* Iterate on operating models based on real-world performance and feedback### **Cross-Functional Integration*** Act as the central integrator across Business Development, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Product teams* Ensure alignment between commercial objectives and operational capabilities* Drive clarity on roles, dependencies, and execution plans across functions### **Logistics & Fulfillment Alignment*** Partner closely with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to define requirements for product distribution and delivery* Ensure logistics solutions enable the intended commercial model and customer experience* Identify and resolve gaps between commercial needs and operational execution### **Customer & Patient Experience Design*** Define and implement the end-to-end customer and patient journey, from order through delivery and ongoing support* Establish customer service models to support pilot execution* Incorporate feedback loops to continuously improve experience and outcomes### **Program Coordination & Execution*** Build and drive integrated program plans across multiple workstreams* Manage risks, trade-offs, and dependencies in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment* Provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership### **Insights & Scaling*** Track pilot performance across commercial, operational, and customer metrics* Capture learnings and translate them into repeatable playbooks for future scale* Support transition from pilot to scaled operations**How This Role Partners*** **Product Management:** owns product & services development, and the core product offering* **Business Development Lead**: owns market strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth* **This role**: owns operational execution, commercialization mechanics, and delivery model* **Logistics & Supply Chain PM**: builds enabling infrastructure and systems**Qualifications*** 5–8 years of experience in program management, commercial operations, product launch, or supply chain* Proven experience launching new products, services, or entering new markets* Strong understanding of logistics, fulfillment, and customer service operations* Experience translating strategy into execution and building operating models from the ground up* Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset**Ideal Profile*** Builder mindset, comfortable creating structure where none exists* Strong systems thinker who connects commercial strategy to operational execution* Able to operate at both strategic and highly tactical levels* Thrives in ambiguity, fast iteration, and pilot environments* Collaborative and influential across diverse teams**Why join us**At Resmed, you’ll be part of a mission driven company focused on improving health and quality of life. At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
