• Licenses/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; proficiency with EPIC essential
• Experience Needed: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; previous travel nursing preferred

What You'll Do

• Float across various ICUs, including neuro, surgical, medical (MICU), cardiology/diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
• Provide high-quality critical care to diverse patient populations
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced care procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to different ICU environments based on staffing and patient acuity
• Follow hospital policies for safe patient care, including unit-specific protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need

• Ohio RN license (active)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including ventilator management and telemetry
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
• Previous travel or float experience is a plus
