A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Project & other project management tools, estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.**You will really stand out if you have:*** Proven ability to manage light industrial projects including office/warehouse; retail and strip mall-type projects.* Ability to begin to assume responsibility and effectively communicate with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients.* Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and Field experience.
