Our culture is rooted in values like earning customers for life, improving constantly, and taking ownership of results.At Lithia & Driveway, you'll find:Real opportunities for advancement across a national networkLeadership development and training through our internal learning programsA culture that recognizes and rewards resultsThe ability to influence store success and shape your teamWhat You'll Do:Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits.Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers.Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system.Enter transactions into ADP and bank approval systems.Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements.Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.Participate in store meetings including Sales Receivables, Save-a-Deal and Store Manager meetings.Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed and to the customer's satisfaction.Follow-up with customers as courtesy reminder for purchased products requiring customer action (ex. Protective coating applied)Assist Sales Team with customer engagement in the sales department during peak traffic times.Obtain all appropriate licensing within 90 days from date of hire.What You'll Bring2 or more years of F&I Manager experiencePrior automotive sales management experience is a plusAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short term and/or long-term incentives as a part of total compensation, which includes commission off individual product and reserve Income. Bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
