Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting. We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehabilitation opportunity in Cheraw, South Carolina.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members
- Assist with patient scheduling and daily charge posting
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements
- Educate patients, families, and nursing staff regarding follow-through programs
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and clean condition
- Perform duties in accordance with professional standards and applicable state and federal laws

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000, $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
- Current and unrestricted South Carolina Physical Therapy license REQUIRED
- Current CPR certification REQUIRED

- Previous rehabilitation experience preferred
