Level II Analyst, Estimating and Pricing

Job Summary Raytheon offers an opportunity for a Level II Analyst in Estimating & Pricing (E&P) supporting the Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) product line. This role focuses on creating winning cost proposals to achieve business goals. What You Will Do Plan, lead, and perform pricing and cost proposal development in accordance with customer requirements and policies. Provide pricing support from pre‑RFP activities through proposal negotiations. Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for RFP specifications. Collaborate with proposal team members, subcontractors, customers, and RI&S Management. Develop proposals for ongoing programs, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and new business pursuits. Own and coordinate cost volume development activities with stakeholders to win new business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field. Experience with MS Office software. U.S. citizenship. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and cost proposals in a dynamic environment. Independent and collaborative work skills. Excellent written and oral communication; experience briefing management. Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related procurement regulations. Experience proposing CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FPIF, and T&M contract types. Ability to develop strong professional relationships. Adaptability to changing requirements and schedules. Experience on competitive and sole source proposals up to $50million. Detail‑oriented with strategic thinking.
