Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assembly Operator III, IV or V to support fiber optic manufacturing operations. This role involves the assembly, termination, and testing of fiber optic cable and connector products in a cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working with small, intricate components while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities • Assemble, polish, and test fiber optic cables and connector components • Perform termination of single and multi-fiber cable assemblies • Support prototype builds, test builds, and new product introduction (NPI) activities as needed • Operate equipment including fiber routers and over-molding machinery • Measure components using calipers, gauges, and other tools • Complete required documentation to ensure product traceability • Inspect work using quality standards, work instructions, and technical drawings • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs • Follow proper cleaning and contamination control procedures for optical assembly • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and suggest process improvements
