Digital Designer

We are a seeking a Digital Designer to join an eBusiness team, supporting our retail sector. The Digital Designer is responsible for supporting the design of various creative needs for content and merchandising on web, mobile apps and digital products. You will support the Manager of Creative and work with the Digital Design Lead, as well as business leads, marketing, product management, agencies, and technical teams, to create innovative, industry leading design experiences across digital touchpoints. The successful candidate for this role will be a passionate designer of best-in-class designs solutions within an omni-channel environment. What You'll Do: Work with content, merchandising and marketing teams to concept and design a wide variety of marketing support and sales assets such as landing pages, campaigns, imagery, promotional and sale banners, coupons, and other marketing requests that align with brand guidelines, campaigns, or existing templates. Partner with the UX team to make design decisions and measure the effectiveness of the purposed solutions to deliver a best-in-class experience. Work closely with design leads to contribute and evolve the assets within the Design System. Push, evolve, and consistently innovate design approaches, templates, and content for all digital supported properties. Ensure brand, visual continuity and messaging across the appropriate channels and experiences. Produce high-quality design assets that will enhance the overall experience for the customer. Design intuitive and premium best-in-class experiences based on design and usability principles. Work with business leads, product owners, and delivery teams to understand perspectives to design and deliver experiences that contribute to business goals, success, and position our client as an industry leader. Work with external agency and internal partners to ensure brand consistency and best-in-class design executions across the program. What You'll Bring: 3+ years’ experience as a design professional Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Visual Communication Design or related field or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Figma (Sketch/XD) Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other digital design software is also essential. Hands-on experience working with diverse groups of stakeholders and can lead them through purposed design solutions and how it supports the experience. Proven success in delivering designs that support and enhance the overall experience. Knowledge of design systems and Experience working with component libraries is a plus. Creative thinking that can take abstract concepts and translate them into impactful design executions. Understanding of user-centered design fundamentals, design principles, and techniques.
