Structural Welder

Job Overview We are looking for a Structural Welder who will perform a range of welding, milling, turning, and other bench operations at BOLZONI AURAMO Inc. The role requires willingness to work second or third shift and completion of a welding test for qualification. Positions will be awarded based on seniority after successful completion of the welding test. Responsibilities Milling, turning, drilling, taping, deburring, molding, and other bench operations. Inspect parts using measuring instruments and perform quality inspections before and after welding. Work from process instructions, sketches, blueprints, and shop orders. Set up and operate welding machines, controlling speeds, feed, temperature, fixtures, and machine adjustments to maintain weld quality. Assist in the welding process for cylinder manufacturing using robotic and hand welding skills, and identify weld quality. Qualifications High School diploma or G.E.D. required. Welding certification required. 1-year experience in manufacturing preferred. Results-oriented with good mechanical skills. Hands-on, systematic individual with high attention to detail. Work Conditions Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week. Shift: second or third shift. Travel may be required. Relocation assistance not available.
