Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience as required by client. (Client requires experienced clinicians.) Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, perform functional outcome documentation, and write letters of medical necessity. Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and to participate in student education as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education per State Practice Act. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1. Clinician will provide evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document in the medical record, and support patient and employee safety practices.
