Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure
- Experience in school-based OT or pediatric settings
- Background in home health or healthcare OT settings a plus
- Proficiency in developing fine and gross motor skill programs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to students in a school-based environment
- Assess, plan, and deliver interventions to support fine and gross motor development
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and develop goal-oriented therapy sessions
- Adapt techniques to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities
- Participate actively in team meetings and school activities
