Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective tenants promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about available units and community amenities.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions to assist clients in making informed leasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and Section 8 guidelines during all leasing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lease agreements, and property availability through data entry and filing systems.
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks.
- Upsell additional services or lease options to prospective tenants to maximize occupancy rates.
- Handle conflict management professionally by addressing resident concerns or disputes with tact and resolution-focused communication.
- Assist in budgeting activities related to leasing operations and monitor lease expiration dates for timely renewals.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, phone etiquette, client communication, and customer relationship management
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes, including application screening, credit checks, and document preparation using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite.
