The Opportunity

This is not an "order taker" role.

This is a growth-driven inside sales position where you'll:

• Work inbound leads and active customer demand
• Build relationships with distributors and resellers
• Solve real problems with tailored solutions
• Partner closely with field sales to win business

What You'll Do

Sales & Customer Ownership

• Handle inbound inquiries (pricing, availability, orders)
• Create accurate quotes (stock + custom solutions)
• Proactively follow up to close deals and win business
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Grow Accounts

• Identify new opportunities inside existing accounts
• Recommend alternative or upgraded solutions
• Track quotes, conversations, and opportunities

Vendor & Solution Coordination

• Source custom or non-stock products
• Work with vendors on pricing, timelines, and feasibility
• Align expectations between customers, vendors, and internal teams

Order Execution

• Ensure orders move smoothly from quote ? delivery
• Communicate proactively on timelines or issues
• Resolve challenges quickly and professionally

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time | MondayFriday (8:00am4:30pm)
