PERSONE NYC is conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead one of New York City's most exciting culinary transformations.

This isn't simply an opportunity to run a kitchen. It's the chance to partner with ambitious ownership that believes kosher fine dining is entering an entirely new era—and wants to help lead it.

️ THE RESTAURANT

This beautiful, modern restaurant is located within one of Brooklyn's most unique luxury wellness destinations, while operating as a completely independent restaurant with its own ownership, culinary direction and identity.

Over the past 16 months, new ownership has quietly invested in building a strong operational foundation while preparing for the restaurant's next chapter.

The restaurant currently serves approximately 80–90 covers on busy evenings and around 60 covers on slower nights , with dinner service operating Sunday through Thursday .

You'll inherit a talented BOH team of 13 professionals , including an experienced Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, providing an excellent foundation to continue building upon.

This is a rare opportunity to take an already successful restaurant and elevate it to an entirely different level.

You'll have the opportunity to bring your own culinary personality and point of view while working directly with ownership to define what modern luxury kosher dining can become.

For the right leader, there is also a long-term equity opportunity , reflecting ownership's desire to build something meaningful together rather than simply hire another Executive Chef.

‍ MICHELIN EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. KOSHER EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED.

Ownership believes exceptional leadership, technical ability, creativity and hospitality are far more important than previous kosher experience.

If you've trained or worked in Michelin-starred kitchens—or restaurants that demand exceptional technique, precision and standards—but have never worked with kosher cuisine, they are completely open to teaching the right Chef.

• Lead, mentor and develop a kitchen team of 13, including the CDC and Sous Chef
• Create refined, seasonal menus that elevate the dining experience while respecting kosher culinary techniques
• Collaborate directly with ownership on the restaurant's long-term culinary direction
• Drive consistency, organization, quality and operational excellence across every service
• Build a culture centered around professionalism, accountability and hospitality
• Manage food cost, purchasing, labor and kitchen systems while maintaining exceptional culinary standards
• Help elevate every aspect of the guest experience through thoughtful execution and attention to detail

Previous kosher experience is absolutely NOT required.

The right mindset, technical foundation and leadership style matter far more than previous experience working within kosher cuisine.
