Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including new employees with 30 days paid time off and 9 paid holidays in their first year of employment, increasing with tenure. Hospital Per Admission Support (HIPSA) score of 18 may qualify for up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years. Federal Tort Malpractice and Tail End Coverage. Paid license and DEA. Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Preference for candidates with experience in FQHC, CHC, or PCMH settings. Employment Requirements All employees must undergo drug testing prior to employment and may be subject to post‑accident, reasonable suspicion, return‑to‑duty, and follow‑up testing in compliance with federal and state regulations. Vaccination status, including influenza, is required unless exempted or accommodated by law. All Arizona employees must hold a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card; new hires and transfers must submit the card or receipt within 30 days of hire or transfer.
