Speech Therapist II, Local Contract, Newport Beach, CA - 13 weeks

Patient area is South OC (Must live in a 15-20 mile radius of 92660 zip code)

Mileage reimbursed at 76 cents per mile for field visits

EPIC charting experience required

No guarantee hours, full time 40 hours per week schedule

M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - 13 weeks

Must Have:

• Active CA Speech-Language Pathologist license

• 18+ months experience in an acute care setting

• Current BLS certification

Education and Experience:
18 months' experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an acute healthcare system environment required. Experience and knowledge base in a wide range of diagnosis including general medicine, orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary, gastroenterology, and otolaryngology required. Previous experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare database systems preferred. Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Home Health: Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

License: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of California.

Certifications: Current BLS Certification required.
