It entails supplier source selection, contract administration and purchase order placement in support of any of the following programs: F-35, C-130, F-16 and F-22. Duties include: documentation and interface with functional organizations. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' briefings, analyzes, and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Procurement of build to print detail parts and assemblies from engineering drawings in support of various aircraft programs (C-130, F-35, F-16 and F-22). Will help develop solutions for complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation. Must be a US Citizen. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Experience in Built-to-Print Supply Chain, Procurement, Buyer and/or Subcontract Management Ability to work efficiently in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Strong data analysis, problem-solving and communication skills Desired Skills: Experience with multi-tasking, following-up and seeing assignments through to completion Detail oriented having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience in making business based decisions and critical thinking Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR and other acquisition policies and procedures Ability to understand technical requirements, drawings, manufacturing processes, etc. for build-to-print parts Demonstrated performance being proactive, customer service oriented, engaged with team, collaborative and accountable Excellent team player, ability to coach, train and review others work. Experience peer reviewing.
