Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose, CA Clinic Address: 3097 Moorpark Ave., Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128 Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic with a focus on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab. Pay Range: $35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible Benefits: $5,000 sign-on bonus (for eligible locations) Student loan reimbursement program $750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks $1,500 annual CEU allowance + unlimited MedBridge access 3 weeks of paid vacation + paid holidays Flexible work schedule (3 or 4-day workweek options) Tolls reimbursement for commuters Mentorship and professional development for all experience levels Clinical residency program 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employee assistance program Employee referral bonus program Employee discounts and perks platform Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT Follow and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct care to help patients regain strength, function, and mobility Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes Document patient care using a modern EMR system Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations Services Provided: Orthopedic and sports physical therapy Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation Pre- and post-operative rehab Spine and TMJ rehabilitation Vestibular therapy Upper and lower body rehab Work injury rehabilitation Gait and orthotic assessments Weightlifting correctional training Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) Why Join Us?
