$125,000 – $185,000

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and defend first/third-party insurance claims.
Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, bad faith.
Take and defend depositions.
Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
Attend court hearings.
Conduct examinations under oath

Required
JD from ABA-accredited school
Active Colorado Bar — MANDATORY
3+ years litigation in a law firm
Insurance defense/personal injury/coverage preferred
Local to Denver — no relocation
Resume + cover letter + salary + writing sample
