Location 4626 Highway 1,Raceland, LA, 70394,United States Base Pay $65,000.00 - $93,000.00 / Year Employee Type FT Exempt Department: Information Technology Reports to: SVP/Chief Information Officer Location: Any Branch Office Location The Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the bank’s network infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining network hardware and software. This role supports daily network operations, manages backups and storage systems, implements upgrades, and integrates new technologies while maintaining accurate documentation and system inventory. The position also provides technical support to IT staff and helps ensure reliable connectivity across all banking systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with hands‑on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and server hardware, and a solid understanding of network operations within a banking environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues Monitor and support networking communications Installing and configuring networking hardware and software Maintain network security and connectivity Maintain network/hardware health Planning and implementing network upgrades Creating and maintaining documentation (e.g., network diagrams, procedures, policies, etc.) Integration of new technologies Providing technical support to IT technicians Perform inventory audits Manage and monitor backup and recovery solutions and methodologies Qualifications and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills Knowledge of the bank’s network needs and IT infrastructure Knowledge of how the bank’s applications interact with each other Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Certified Experience with firewalls, routers, and switches Ability to set up and configure server hardware #J-18808-Ljbffr
