Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join a Behavioral Health Center team providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a background in social work within behavioral health settings, and the ability to support patients and families through assessment, counseling, and care coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support to patients and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Document interventions and progress notes accurately and timely.

• Support discharge planning and connect patients to community resources.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Active California LCSW or MSW (Licensed or License-eligible).

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in behavioral health or medical social work.

• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

• Experience in inpatient or outpatient behavioral health preferred.

Schedule:

• Day shift, 32 hours per week.

• Flexible scheduling based on facility needs.
