CT TechnologistUp to $20,000 Sign-On BonusThe CT Technologist operates computed tomography (CT) equipment to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols. This role provides direct and indirect patient care to ensure the safe, efficient, and successful completion of imaging procedures. The CT Technologist is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort.Key Responsibilities:Operate CT/Computed Tomography equipment to perform diagnostic imaging proceduresFollow established imaging protocols and physician ordersPrepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging proceduresProvide direct and indirect patient care to ensure successful completion of examinationsProduce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretationMaintain patient safety and comfort throughout proceduresFollow radiation safety, infection prevention, and departmental standardsMaintain accurate documentation and patient recordsPerform equipment checks and report any technical issues as appropriateRequired Qualifications:ARRT Radiography (ARRT) certificationState License as a Certified Radiological TechnologistCT certification through NMTCB required within 12 months of hireBLS certification from the American Heart AssociationPreferred Skills:Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocolsExcellent patient care and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and technical accuracyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environmentCommitment to patient safety and high-quality diagnostic imaging
