What You'll Do

• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Help employers strengthen their employee benefits package through voluntary supplemental benefits.
• Conduct benefit enrollments and educate employees on their coverage options.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
• Participate in professional development and ongoing sales training.
• Advance into leadership by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring new agents as your business grows.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for helping individuals, families, and businesses.
• Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Life & Health Insurance License preferred. Candidates who are not licensed may qualify for assistance in obtaining their license.
