Power Platform Developer

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and Copilot
- Solid knowledge of Dataverse and relational database principles
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams, as well as third-party systems
- Familiarity with Azure services and APIs for custom integrations
- Good understanding of the Power Platform security framework, including role-based access and permissions
- Experience with application lifecycle management using ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or similar
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to deliver robust solutions under tight timeframes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, or PL-200 are desirable
- Experience working in an Agile setting is desirable
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar languages to extend Power Apps functionality is desirable
- Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS) and Azure Logic Apps is desirable
- Develop and maintain solutions across the full Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure solutions align with client business needs and strategic objectives
- Contribute to both development work and strategic project initiatives
- Build custom integrations using Azure services, APIs, and connected Microsoft 365 or third-party platforms
- Apply security and access controls in line with the Power Platform security model
- Support application lifecycle management practices throughout the solution delivery process
