Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative

We are seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team and support sales and marketing initiatives in a retail environment. This position involves interacting directly with customers, introducing them to products and services, and helping create a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is motivated to build a career in sales and marketing, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable working as part of a team. Local travel to assigned retail locations may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote products and services to customers in retail locations.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product information.
• Assist the sales team with daily activities and sales objectives.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information clearly.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team members.
• Travel locally to assigned retail locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with basic sales methods and customer engagement techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new sales and marketing skills.
• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
