DG Insurance Agency is one of the fastest-growing independent insurance agencies in the Tri-State area. We're building something special, and we're searching for a high-performing insurance sales professional ready to take the next step into leadership.
This isn't a desk job.
You'll continue to sell while developing, coaching, and leading a growing sales team. As the agency continues to expand, your management responsibilities and earning potential will grow with it.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- Write new Personal and Commercial Lines business
- Lead by example through consistent sales production
- Coach and motivate producers to hit their goals
- Hold teammates accountable to daily activities and results
- Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the office every day
- Conduct daily sales huddles and celebrate wins
- Help create a culture of accountability, competition, and continuous improvement
- Work alongside ownership to improve sales processes and performance
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- 1-3+ years of proven insurance sales experience in a producer role
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong closing, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time in our Cincinnati office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an independent insurance agency
- Experience selling multiple carrier products
- Previous mentoring, coaching, or team leadership experience
- Experience with AgencyZoom, PL Rating, QQ Catalyst, or comparable agency management systems
