Seasonal Part-Time Sales Representative

Holy Christmas Lights | Houston, TX
Pay: Starting at $15 per hour
Position: Temporary, part-time role for the 2026 Christmas light season. Successful representatives may be invited to return next season.

About the role:

Holy Christmas Lights is hiring two to three seasonal Sales Representatives to help customers plan their Christmas light displays. You’ll visit scheduled customer locations, learn how to prepare and explain quotes, and follow up with customers.

You’ll receive hands-on training and support from the sales lead, including going out together during training. Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required.

Schedule and follow-through:

This is a flexible, part-time role. Representatives submit their availability each week and coordinate their work blocks with the sales lead. Leads are assigned during those agreed work blocks.

Representatives are expected to acknowledge a new lead within one hour during an agreed work block, contact the customer within 1-2 days, and complete the quote by within a reasonable time period. Clear communication and reliable follow-through are important and very well required.

What you’ll do:

• Contact customers about assigned leads and arrange quote appointments.
• Visit customer locations and gather information for Christmas light quotes.
• Prepare and explain quotes after training.
• Follow up with customers and update the lead tracker with each lead’s status.
• Communicate with the sales lead and ask for help when needed.

• Availability to work part-time during the week.
• Ability to travel to scheduled customer locations in the Houston area.
