Sport Clips of Washington is searching for a licensed cosmetologist who is ready to grow beyond the chair and become an important part of our salon leadership team.


As Assistant Manager, you will help guide daily operations, support stylist development, and create the kind of upbeat environment that keeps both team members and clients coming back. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and helping a salon reach its full potential.


This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a highly successful multi-unit salon operator with a strong record of building teams and promoting leaders from within.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Help direct daily salon operations when the Store Manager is unavailable
• Set a positive example for client service, teamwork, and professionalism
• Coach team members to improve technical performance and productivity
• Support new-hire training and ongoing stylist development
• Help the team reach service, retail, and client-count goals
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and recruiting activities
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized salon
• Build relationships with clients in the Washington community

What Success Looks Like


We are looking for someone who is dependable, confident, and excited to help others improve.


Qualified candidates should have:

• An active Missouri Cosmetology license
• Experience working in a salon environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• A professional and encouraging leadership style
• The ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
