We are currently seeking an Associate Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing staff and evaluating department efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all working personnel
- Foster a productive and collaborative work environment
- Recruit and train new staff
- Review costs to optimize budget planning
- Enforce department policies and procedures
- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A++ Superior (A.M. Best)
- AAA Exceptionally Strong (Fitch)
- Aaa Exceptional (Moody’s)
- AA+ Very Strong (Standard & Poor’s)
