Line & Prep Cook — Bucket Brigade Sports Bar & Restaurant

The Bucket is hiring dependable line and prep cooks with previous kitchen experience. You’ll work alone most of the time, so you must be able to manage the kitchen independently, use your time productively, and take responsibility for your work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items consistently and to order.
• Manage incoming orders while keeping up with prep, dishes, and cleaning.
• Wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils used during your shift.
• Keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete closing duties, including cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and floors.
• Stay on task without constant supervision and be accountable for your time and completed work.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to run the kitchen independently during most shifts.
• Reliable attendance, good time management, and ownership of your responsibilities.
• Availability for long shifts, weekends, and late nights. Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to stay through closing cleanup. We close at 2:30 a.m., and cleaning continues after close. Your shift does not end at 2:30.
