Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Milford, MA and provide end-user support. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for computer systems, software, and related hardware.Duties and Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and authorized peripheralsPrepare workstations and assist with hardware set up servicesInstall, configure, upgrade, image, reimage and maintain computer systems and end-user equipmentRespond to technical support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in-person visitsSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of technical support experienceKnowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, troubleshooting, and enterprise toolsExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesWage Range: The rate for this position is between $21.75 - $29.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
