Weare seeking a BI Data Analyst with strong skills in data analysis,visualization, SQL, and business intelligence to turn complex data into clear,actionable insights. This role is ideal for a naturally curious professional whoenjoys exploring data, identifying trends and opportunities, and creatingcompelling visualizations that help stakeholders better understand informationand make informed decisions. DAY TO DAYRESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain dashboards,reports, and visualizations that highlight key operational and performanceinsights. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends,patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Apply statistical analysis and modelingtechniques to answer business questions and support data-driven decisions. Partner with stakeholders to understand businessneeds, define reporting requirements, and translate them into effectiveanalytics solutions. Use data storytelling and visualization bestpractices to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technicalaudiences. Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries toextract, combine, and analyze data from multiple sources. Perform data profiling, validation, and qualitychecks to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable reporting. Collaborate with IT teams, data owners, andbusiness users to resolve data issues and improve reporting processes. Evaluate existing dashboards and reports,recommending improvements to usability, performance, design, and analyticalvalue. Identify opportunities to improve datacollection, reporting standards, business processes, and analytics practices. Support business intelligence best practices bydeveloping reusable solutions, consistent metrics, and visualization standards. Help stakeholders interpret dashboards, metrics,and analytical findings so they can take informed action. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in dataanalytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field. Demonstrated experience using Tableau to developinteractive dashboards and compelling visualizations. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience workingwith relational databases and complex datasets. Experience performing data analysis to identifytrends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights. Experience gathering requirements andtranslating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions. Understanding of data visualization principles,dashboard design, and reporting best practices. Working knowledge of data modeling and therelationships between source data, analytical datasets, and reporting solutions. Ability to communicate analytical and technicalconcepts clearly to non-technical audiences. NICE TO HAVE Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud,including publishing, permissions, data sources, extracts, and dashboardperformance optimization. Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes,and modern analytics architecture. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or SAPASE/IQ. Experience working with large or complex datasets from multiple systems. Experience supporting data governance, metricdefinitions, data quality, or reporting standards. Tableau Certified Data Analyst or similarcertification. Experience with Python or R for data analysis,data preparation, or automation. Experience with exploratory data analysis,statistical analysis, or advanced analytics. Experience developing dashboards or analyticssolutions for operational, performance, or executive reporting.
