Compliance Operations Analyst

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts Job Type: Contract Salary: $80 - $85 per hour Work Hours: 9 to 5 Education: Bachelor's degree Responsibilities Support day-to-day compliance operations, including activity monitoring, issue tracking, and control execution. Perform routine data analysis on HCP/HCO engagements, expense reconciliations, and third‑party risk management datasets. Identify data anomalies or compliance risks and assist in preparing dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Conduct third‑party due diligence, onboarding reviews, and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Legal to gather data and resolve inquiries. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk functions within the pharma, biotech, or healthcare industry. Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., Anti‑Kickback Statute, FDA, PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act). Foundational analytical skills with structured datasets and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups). Exposure to monitoring, auditing, or data reconciliation activities. Preferred: Familiarity with platforms like Veeva, Salesforce, Concur, Power BI, or Tableau.
